Through Saffron Eggs, we’re redefining what it means to produce eggs responsibly. We offer golden yolked Pasture Raised eggs from heritage, dual-purpose breed hens from our small flock of hens—because quality and sustainability shouldn’t be mutually exclusive.

  By focusing on soil health and rotational grazing, we’re not just maintaining our land—we’re improving it. Our eggs are helping build a more sustainable future.
• Ethics Baked In:
  We’ve chosen dual-purpose breeds to eliminate the need for day-old chick culling. Our cockerels are raised to 20 weeks and sold as meat birds, ensuring every life has value.

  By working outside the supermarket model, we’re creating a food system that prioritises people, animals, and the planet.
